Pastor Sean St. Michael Bailey was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He grew up in St. Catherine Port More, Jamaica. Pastor Bailey moved to the United States in December 1990, to Fort Lauderdale Florida.

He joined Community Church of God in 1993, where he accepted Christ as his personal lord and Savior.

Pastor Bailey is an avid reader of the Word, studying to show himself to be an approved a workman for the Lord, that he might rightly divide the word of truth in order to win others to Christ.

Pastor Bailey was a special student of the Word under the Pastorate of Rev. Dr. James Eubanks. Pastor Eubanks affectionately calls him "His son in the Gospel". Because of the Paul / Timothy relationship that exists between them, distance did not sever the connection nor did it significantly impair the counseling, training sessions and advisory type communications.

Pastor Bailey accepted God's call to ministry in March of 1995. Pastor Bailey attended School of Prophets in Florida. Upon completion he moved to Arizona in 1997 where he Co-Pastored with His Mother-in-law, Rev. Gail Clora Carter at Desert streams Church of God.

During that time, Pastor and Mrs. Bailey started a ministry called B.E.A.M. Bailey's Evangelistic Angel Ministries. Pastor Bailey shares the gospel with high school students, camp attendees and speaks at revivals. Pastor Bailey is a well sorted preacher for Camp Meetings and Revivals.

Pastor Bailey has completed courses with Rhema Bible school. Pastor Bailey received his licensing in 1998 and was ordained by the Arizona Association of the Church of God, Sunday January 18, 2004. Pastor Bailey is affectionately called "the Wal-Mart preacher" by his members, as that is where he has met most of them.
